Best Smoke-Free Government Agency 2016 Finalist
On October 27, 2016, Bicol Sanitarium was awarded with Certificate of Recognition as a Finalist in the 2016 Search for Best Smoke-Free Government Agency and for outstanding contribution to the Civil Service Commission's advocacy for a smoke-free bureaucracy through its support and compliance with the provisions of CSC MC. No. 17 series of 2009.
The ceremony was attended by the Chief of Hospital II,Dr. Edgardo R. Sarmiento, MD,MPA-HEDM,CEO VI, the Human Resource Management Officer-Designate and the Smoking Cessation Coordinator of Bicol Sanitarium.
